To submit your line-up you will first need to be at your league home page.
Once at league home page go to "For Owners" in the drop down menu, then click on "Submit Lineup".
This will bring you to the current weeks line up page. You can set your line
up by choosing the players you want to start that week
(please follow your leagues starting line up rules). Click the league name for

Set line up for future weeks
This is good if you are going to be out of town/vacation/hospital or what ever.
You can always resubmit your line up as needed.
To submit your line up for a future week follow the same steps as above.
Now look for ""
above your team roster.
To submit for what ever week you can not attend click on the seasons week number
and submit your line up as you would normally do.
Line ups will not carry over from week to week. You are required to submit your line up from week to week.
There are no penalties for not submitting a line up at this time.

OFFENSIVE LINEUP (Starters): 1 QB, 1 RB,
2 WR, 1TE, 1PK, and 1 OFF FLEX position that may be RB/WR/TE
DEFENSIVE LINEUP (Starters): 1 DL, 1 LB, 1 DB, 1 Def FLEX position that
may be DL/LB/DB. These are individual defensive players.
- 1 player for tie breakers (this person can't be in your starting line-up)
